Do you offer pattern support?

I do! If you have any questions, please send me a message, or email me at destiny@kniftyknittings.com and I will get back to you as soon as I’m able. I stay home with my little one, so I might not respond until the evening, but I will get back to you. Thank you!

Do you allow sales of finished items from your patterns?

I do! You are welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns in your Etsy shop, at local markets, etc. I just ask that you give pattern credit and link to www.kniftyknittings.com in any listings. Thank you!

Do you accept custom orders?

I gladly accept custom orders. Any of my items can made in a variety of different colors and sizes. My hats can be made fitted or slouchy, with a pom or without and in sizes from newborn to adult! I would love to set up a custom listing for you. Please contact me for details.

Can I have a smaller/larger pom pom?

Certainly! My pom poms are available in 2 1/2 inch, 3 3/8 inch and 4 1/2 inch sizes. Just contact me for details or leave me a message in the note to seller box at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Yes! Purchasing one of my items as a gift? Let me know in the ‘note to seller’ box at checkout and include any personal message you would like to be printed on a card with your gift.

Care instructions?

Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent (I prefer a no rinse wool wash such as Eucalan), lay flat to dry. Do not submerge pom poms when washing.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Knitted sets in my shop are already discounted 10%. If you’d like to purchase 2 or more individual items, please send me a message and I’ll be happy to set up a custom listing for you at a 10% discount.

When will I receive my pattern?

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a link to download your pattern. You can access your downloads and orders at any time by clicking ‘You’ in the upper right hand corner, and then ‘Purchases and Reviews’. If you have any issues downloading, please send me a message and I will email it to you as soon as I’m able.

Local pickup?

If you’re local to the tri-city MI area and would like to arrange a local pickup or delivery in Midland, feel free to use the coupon code ‘LOCALPICKUP’ at checkout to wave shipping fees! I will be in touch to arrange a meetup.
